Returns policy

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish not to keep it, you may return it to us for either an exchange or refund. Please note that the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Made-to-order items or alterations are non-refundable.

Items returned after the 14-day period will be credited to your E-wallet balance for the original amount paid. This credit can be utilized for future purchases within one year from the date of return. Please note that the E-wallet balance is non-refundable.
